What I expected to happen:the soul fragments spawn the boss and i can fight

What happened instead:after defeating the boss i got the soul fragments and made it into what summon's the boss with them,i spawn the boss and BOOM game crashed AND it crashed my PC

please make an issue with the proper format requested, including crash log and version numbers
