Red string spoofer doesn't affect vinculotus position

Steps to reproduce:
- Link redstring spoofer to a flower
- Place a Vinculotus on top of redstring spoofer
- Add enderman
What I expected to happen:
Enderman to be teleported to recieving flower when it tried to teleport
What happened instead:
Enderman was teleported to the Vinculotus
