Lag on Servers

The world gen mystic flowers cause undue amounts of lag on servers with the tick count to the next sparkle event. As more of the world gets loaded wit people building their homes the tick rate takes a nasty beating. I would like to request a change in this so that the event is handled by the client and is just done using random ticks to reduce the server hit. Or a config to disable the feature completely on servers.
That's impossible, they don't tick on the server. Each flower should have the same overhead on a server as a torch.
Actually. As it seems, every single bush/flower in the game does it. Can I see your opis logs?
I will need to hunt them down when I have more time, however it seems to be very specific to your flowers. I need to see if I have those logs after a recent world reset due to a bit of contagious corruption that damaged half the chunks. I will try to simulate the issue large scale as soon as I have a chance if people don't scatter themselves enough before I have time to get the logs for you.
