Steps to reproduce:

1. Crafting managun with lens drilling and find the desired foreign region, in our case GriefPrevention (Sponge Forge)
2. Use right click mouse outside the region to shoot and do so many times
3. Destroy someone else's region and get on the head from the administration

What I expected to happen:
Private will not be destroyed and I will show a warning about the prohibition of this action
What happened instead:
The region began to collapse, there is a grief

This issue is stale because it has been open for a while with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed soon.

Forgot to say, this behavior is and terrasword and similar items, a ranged attack they cause damage in private where pvp is disabled
