GTCE ores are blacklisted from Orechid

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place Orechid with GTCE installed
  2. See it not generating GTCE ores.

GregTech ores are blacklisted from generation because in the past (1.7.10 and earlier) they were implemented quite problematically via tile entities.
However, in 1.12, GregTech was forked and rewritten from scratch, which is now called GTCE. It still uses "gregtech" as mod id and root package name "gregtech" through, so botania cannot generate it's ores, even taking in account they're just normal blocks now.
