Steps to reproduce:

1. Build some setup using the Composite Mana Lens Bore Warp in a Prism, a force relay and a Resistance Lens, it looks like this:
   
2. See no mana bursts getting fired
3. add a resistance lens to the mana spreader, now my setup looks like this:
   
4. See it constantly firing(even tho the resistance lens should prevent that)

What I expected to happen: I expected it to fire slowly.

What happened instead: It fired constantly.

Edit: I just now figured out no mana getting to the target pool is intended, maybe thats something the Lexica Botania should say.

This issue is stale because it has been open for a while with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed soon.

I don't think this should get closed for being stale, for now, as there doesn't seem to be a solution to the problem i had.
