[Feature Req] Allow petals to go in the Flower Bag

Botania version: 28.1.92, HEAD (fe4d315)
So this didn't work on 1.12 and below, and then in beta 1.14 it worked, and then it stopped working after the ArrayIndexOutOfBounds bug in the bag was fixed.
No but seriously it'd be a heckin useful feature. Especially for crafting without juggling flowers & petals.
I think i'd like to make it so that the petal pouch can pick up flowers, and converts them into petals. We'd still keep the flower pouch i think, maybe add one for glimmering flowers and one for mushrooms (or maybe the petal one should include mushrooms?)
This should probably be solved with a new Petal Pouch item. Maybe there's also a case for having mystical flowers break into petals automatically, unless broken with shears or silktouch, which might mean the flower pouch could become the petal pouch. (Needs further discussion.)
