[1.14] Bifrost glass pane indestructible.

Bifrost glass panes have similar mechanics as "temporary bifrost" that bifrost wand creates, like bedrock, but down despawn and not only can't be removed with any tool, but can't be pushed/moved by pistons or switched by things like shifting crust.
Forge version: 1.14.4-forge-28.1.115
Botania version: Botania+r1.11-376
- Place bifrost pane.
- Try to remove it.
What I expected to happen:
Should work like normal bifrost glass.
What happened instead:
Can't be removed.
