Steps to reproduce:

  1. First step Used creative to create a blood pendant (nightvision one)
  2. Second step Equipped the pendant (I think the crash also requires that I open the inventory screen)

What I expected to happen: Nightvision pendant to work

What happened instead: Minecraft Crashed

(I've never used GitHub or submitted a report like this before, so apologies if I didn't follow the correct procedure)
