Version Information

Forge version: forge-1.14.4-28.2.0
Botania version: Botania r1.11-378.jar

Steps to reproduce:

What I expected to happen:
Sound of moving minecart is played.
What happened instead:
Minecart is silent.

Tested while using only 3 mods:
Botania+r1.11-378
Patchouli-1.14.4-1.1-26
curios-FORGE-1.14.4-1.0.6.1
