1.15.2 Infused Tainted Blood Pendant does not give effect

No crash log, as this does not cause a crash.
What I expected to happen:
Equipping an infused Tainted Heart Pendant should give the player an effect based on what what used for the infusion.
What happened instead:
When equipping a Tainted Heart Pendant that has been infused with any effect, no effect is given to the player.
Tested in creative, the specific infusion doesn't seem to matter - none of the Pendant versions give an effect.
