The tall flowers from botania don't have proper tag that denote it is a normal flower that grows on the ground.
Both minecraft:flowers minecraft:tall_flowers are missing from it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use some other mod that consume flower block to do something (like natures aura)

What I expected to happen:

The tall flower is consumed because it is a flower

What happened instead:

Nothing happened
