usage:

• place over block to count
• bind to a block as center
• give mana to increase from 3x3x3 to e.g. 7x7x3
• use wand of the forest in function mode to switch modes
  • count blocks:
    • signal strength == block count
  • count blocks (tared):
    • reduce signal strength by existing blocks
    • to only count additional blocks
  • inverted:
    • signal active only if no block found
  • inverted (tared):
    • signal active only if exact same count found

output:

• as redstone signal or comparator output
• without mana all 5s, with mana all 1s

use cases:

• count unchanged stone/wood at pure daisy and orechid
• e.g. "inverted (tared)" fires if no unconverted stone is left
