I checked through the changelogs before posting this and didn't notice anything on this, but on version 16 any flowers that generate power (tested with daybloom, hydros, and the arcana) will not output power to an spreaders when full of juice.

Break the spreader and place it back, version 16 is a really old version and there's still quite a few bugs on it.
