my runic alter is not accepting trees for crafting the rune of spring, tried ones not in inventory previously, as well as tried converting them in the mana pool the mana pool is not even accepting the recipe there as well

Likely one of your mods is messing with the ore dictionary names, if that's the case, I really can't do anything.
