Incompatibility with Vanilla Tweaks' Hops enchant while wearing the Cirrus / Nimbus Amulet from Botania

Steps to reproduce:

  1. First step Enchant a pair of boots to have the Hops Enchant
  2. Second step equip one of the amulets
  3. notice you don't get extra jump height from the Hops enchant

What I expected to happen:
The Amulet's adding to the Hops Enchant causing a higher jump height
What happened instead:
Not getting extra jump height from the Hops Enchant

Can be easily fixed by firing LivingJumpEvent here

Why is there a bot that auto lists reports as stale if no comments after a while? And then will close it? If it's an issue, it shouldn't be closed
