[1.16.4.] Spark Augmenter banner pattern missing texture

Further Information

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Craft a banner
  2. Apply the Spark Augmenter banner pattern to it, by crafting the banner with a dye and a Spark Augmenter
  3. Observe the texture being missing

Reproduced in an instance with only JEI and Botania + dependencies.

What I expected to happen:
I expected the spark augmenter banner pattern to display.

What happened instead:
It displayed a missing texture.

These are the dyes that I tried. As you can see, they don't change the color of the banner to the color of the dye directly, but each appears to have a random color to it. Also, changing the type of augmenter doesn't change the banner at all (it's the same for all of them)
