have fully charged mana tablet and mana ring, have flugel tiara in head slot, try to fly and nothing happend, when i click space rapidly its slow falling a bit like every click stop falling for short amount of time, but its still not prevent fall damage,

Well, got this, for anyone who get same problem, this mod "create stuff additions" blocks fly ability.
