Botania Flowers can be duped by Buzzier Bees bonemealing feature. Botania's flowers need the buzzier_bees:flower_blacklist tag (which Buzzier Bees is supposed to apply)

I reported this to Buzzier Bees but Alwinfy told me to make a bug report here as well
