Problems with Mana Enchanter/Ghost Items/ Meta Data Durability on Mana Tablets

I was using the mana enchanter with the Terrasteel Pick, putting on it Efficiency V, Unbreaking III, and Fortune III.
The first problem was that when I right clicked the Lapis block after it was activated with an item that can be enchanted it would create a ghost tool. There would be a tool on the mana enchanter and another in the players hands. This is true with other items that can go onto the mana enchanter.
The second problem I have came across was after destroying the lapis block and placing it back down again and activating it (Fixes the above problem, however, the first problem is still in the game) and after finally enchanting the pick with the aforementioned enchants, when I removed the terrasteel pick, it had all of the enchants on it, but doubled. It would have 2 Efficiency V's, 2 Unbreaking III's, and 2 Fortune III's.
There is also two other problems I have found that does not have to do with the mana enchanter.
#1 - When you shift click a mana tablet from the hotbar, it creates a ghost mana tablet and only goes away when the player moves one of the mana tablets or when they sort their inventory.
2A - If the Hopperhock picks up a mana tablet, the durability bar goes away and it is just blank.
2B - If the aforementioned tablet is not supposed to have a durability bar, then there is a durability bar whenever a player crafts a mana tablet.
These problems are in version 137 of Botania.

Tried on both MP and SP, can't reproduce any of these issues. Please refrain from posting multiple issues in a single ticket next time.
