Flower bound state blinks when looking at it with a Wand.

Info:

While developing a mod feature that uses IManaCollector on version 420-SNAPSHOT, I notice that the bound states of flowers were blinking. This doesn't happen on version 419-SNAPSHOT.
This only happens while sending mana to the IManaCollector.

I know version 420 isn't out yet, but yeah.

Further Information

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a basic botania system with an endoflame, a spread, and a mana pool.
  2. Pick a wand and look at the endoflame.
  3. Check the "bound to" status blinking.

What I expected to happen: Success bound instead of blinking.

What happened instead: Blinks between not bound and bounded while sending mana to a mana collector.

Looks like I had a slight misconception around the blockpos field usage, so it always ended up refreshing the position.
