What I expected to happen: The server is running properly

What happened instead: The server crashed

Looking at the code throwing this exception, this error should have never happened since sparks are properly registered with Forge.

Try running a basic Forge server, or a SpongeForge server. This is 99% caused by the weird server software you are using for plugins, and combining Bukkit and Forge is notoriously bad.

Closing as we generally don't look at 1.12.2 anymore outside of major bugs.
