Issue description

Tall mystical flowers aren't dropping themselves when you use shears on them. Pretty much it. Probably a forgotten loot table or something I'd guess?

This works on the Fabric version just fine for the record.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Plant a petal.
  2. Bonemeal it.
  3. Try to use shears on it.
  4. No drop.
