Issue description

Title pretty much sums it up. Created a mana tree farm using munchdew and it is not generating any mana at all when consuming leaves. Can hover over it with a wand of the forest and as it consumes, nothing shows up in the flowers buffer and does not generate any mana in the connected spreader.

Definitely buggy. I had to break the munchdew several times, but then discovered another issue. Opened up a creative world, put down a floating endoflame and it would not pick anything up until breaking it several times. Then, tried modulating it with infestation spores and it did nothing, it would still pick up before an unmodulated hopperhock.

I opened it in a creative world and it works, so I am going to try and figure out what is wrong. Maybe if I break it and place it down again? Not really sure.
