Issue description

My server crashed upon trying to remove a spark augment, I took this time to update botania to the newest version. When we logged in, every botania block was removed, I do not remember if items were still there, but blocks were all gone. I immediately had to roll the server back, luckily there was a fairly recent one of only 2 1/2 hours although couldve ended up much worse since I only take 2 full rollbacks per day. Because of this, the logs were also rolled back, I still have the world file, but it is a pain to download and takes a good 10-20.
