Issue description

If a player sends a chat message next to a Corporea Index, but the Index does not have a Corporea Spark, the chat message is dropped with no feedback.

I would expect either an error, the index to not intercept the request, or a "Requested x out of 0. 0 taken" message, but not... nothing at all. It looks like the server is lagging and the message didn't send or something.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a Corporea Index.
2. Before putting a spark on it, send a chat message.
3. Nothing happens.

Other information

Even if you attach a spark that's not part of any Corporea Network, and send a message in chat, you get feedback. So it's not a case of "is it on a corporea network or not", it just needs to have a spark on it at all.
