Issue description
Title. The elementium pickaxe should void deep slate as it's generally considered a "junk" block and therefore should be voided by the pick.
Putting this here so it doesn't get forgotten on the VM discord.

Just remembered that Tuff also exists and is a "junk" block, changed the title to reflect that.
This issue is stale because it has been open for a while with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed soon.
