Issue description

One of my server's player built a mana structure and let it run a while, and then the server crashed. I'm not able to successfully restart the server any more and have to delete the chunk to fix it.

Steps to reproduce

1.build a mana structure look like this

2.let it run for a while.
3.server crushed.
(I'm the server administrator, not the player, so I didn't have more details.)

Other information

This problem occurred multiple times and produced two types of crash report with minor difference. Hope it may give you more information of the problem.

However the other player replaced the hopper with a smart chute in Create and built a similar structure. But it didn't make the server crash.
