Flowers generating in Dimensional Doors limbo when it should not be

This issue is stale because it has been open for a while with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed soon.
Artemis' comment in #3520 shows how you can restrict flower spawning (in your case denying flower spawns in Limbo).
