Issue description

Breaking a block under the Visualization ghost blocks causes the game to crash.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a placeholder block where you want to right click to visualize the structure you're building. (In my case, the Ritual of Gaia).
2. Place a few blocks for the structure, then break the placeholder block.
3. The game will crash. It also crashes the next time you try to visualize a structure.

Other information

Plexiglass 1.1.1 modpack on a server.

This issue is stale because it has been open for a while with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed soon.

I tried to reproduce this in a regular superflat world and crashed after placing a few iron blocks of the structure.
I did not break the supporting block yet.
It looks like the same "Already Building!" exception.
When I started the pack again, logged into the same world, and clicked the visualize button on the ritual of gaia, it crashed again.
