Botania messes up Nether Portals wireframe render on fast or fancy graphics

Issue description
When botania and its depencies are installed, nether portal blocks wireframe is rendered transparent when graphics settings are fast or fancy. This does not happen of fabulous graphics or when botania not is installed. This issue also affects other blocks, especially more complicated models from other mods. Steps to reproduce
Make sure the graphics setting is on Fancy or Fast
- Create nether portal
- Target the nether portal block
- The outline should be transparent

This is a rendering issue so here is my hardware and other relevant information, the information is also visible in the screenshots. If other information is needed, comment and I'll try to answer as soon as I can.
