Issue description

Mana Powder can be used in lieu of sand; doing this turns an hourglass from a timer into a counter. Instead of sand flowing over time, the hourglass will drop one unit of powder every time a Mana Burst collides with it.

It's not a timer, so it's not coherent to display time-related information.
