Issue description
Right clicking a filled pa with a stack of 2 or more empty buckets don't remove the fluid in the pa, this only happens on forge
the extrapolated bucket also doesn't work for this.
Steps to reproduce
fill a pa
stack 2 empty buckets
right click the pa with the buckets
