Issue description

The Teru Teru Bozu item and block is always posed as if it rained, with the head slightly tilted downwards:

Steps to reproduce

• Look at Teru Teru Bozu item in inventory: It hangs its head regardless of weather.
• Place Teru Teru Bozu in the world: It also always hangs its head regardless of weather.

Other information

I can't tell when this behavior changed (probably before 1.16), but I verified in a 1.12 version of Botania, and during clear weather the Teru Teru Bozu's head is tilted slightly upwards, while during rain it's tilted slightly downwards, as it always is in more recent Botania versions.
