Issue description

Manaweave robes, like the other armour sets offered by Botania, look really pretty. They provide a buff to rods when worn, and confer a 35% mana discount on mana tools and rods. You also get an advancement for making one of the armour pieces.

Despite this, making the full set costs almost as much as a piece of terrasteel. Manaweave's niche is offering high mana discount, the tradeoff being very low durability and protection (1 point less than leather). Terrasteel armour offers a competitive 20% while providing excellent defense and other benefits. Essentially, Manaweave robes are too expensive to make in the earlygame when the mana discount would be most appreciated, and they're not useful outside of terraforming in the lategame, especially when the player has enough mana generation to not be interested in 15% more mana discount.

I'd like to put forwards three suggestions for buffing this underappreciated armour set:

1. Reduce the cost of creating Mana String to 1250 per.
2. Increase the mana discount conferred by Manaweave (to at least 40%, making clear the goal of the armour set)
3. Add one more armour point to the manaweave chestpiece (to give it the same defense as leather)

Option 1 also reduces the cost of making Livingwood bows (maybe it'd get people to actually use these), some pendants and amulets (where the mana string cost outweighs that of the runes, which should ideally be the limiting factor in the recipes), and cosmetics.

1250 per string = 5000 per cloth, the same as the current cost per string. In this way, manaweave still costs more than manasteel to create, but is still a worthwhile option throughout Botania's progression.
