Issue description

influence lens should affect more projectiles, such as snowball, wither skull, ender pearl, shulker bullet, like soulsand+water, only with more directions.
In fact, when I was building shulker Farm, I found that botania was almost unable to simplify the device, which meant that botania was out of date in some areas, and I thought this change would make botania more relevant to modern minecraft.

I'm actually in agreement on wanting to do this, yeah-- had thoughts about this as early as 2021. (Might have had an outstanding patch about it, I don't recall.)

I've wanted to make them work on ender pearls for a while (though i think other devs have been against it), and these suggestions do seem reasonable. could make for some fun stuff. Thoughts, @williewillus @Alwinfy ?

Also, maybe affectable entities could just be a tag. I forget exactly what's allowed nowadays and how it's defined, but maybe a tag is viable for it.
