Issue description

Was messing around in Creative and noticed the matrix wing animation doesn't work as intended - the wings just flap rather than also having the animated texture with the cool vertical symbols. It works fine on 1.19.2 for both modloaders.

I also observed my FPS going down and memory usage going up when pressing F3 with the wings attached, maybe someone could chime in here?

Steps to reproduce

/give playername botania:flight_tiara{variant:9}
Wear the tiara
Press F5 to see that the wings just flap, the animated texture not working.
[optional] Press F3 to see memory usage shoot up?
