Issue description
Using a custom modpack that adds dimensions such as the Aether, Void Dimension, Twilight Forest, etc.
When generating a garden of glass world for the first time, cannot teleport to any other modded dimension, and I just receive the following error in-game:
"unable to find world '[MOD ID]:[DIMENSION ID]'"
The issue is fixed upon exiting and re-entering the world save. Am trying to teleport the player to another modded dimension upon the first world load for my modpack but am unable to do so due to this error.
This error is also not present within 1.18.2 Garden of Glass with same dimension mods present.
Steps to reproduce

Install Botania and Garden of glass alongside a dimension mod (Lost Cities, Just Another Void Dimension Aether, Twilight Forest, Undergarden, etc.) - Best Replicated with Just Another Void Dimension Mod - Will use this mod for my example:

Load into a garden of glass world

Place down the void portal block from the void dimension mod and right-click to receive the error.
