Issue description

The breeding cooldown of animals is "encoded" in their age field as positive value, similarly to how them being baby animals is encoded in that field having a negative value. Feeding by hand is only accepted if the age value is less than or equal to zero, but the Pollidisiac is currently allowed to feed animals if their age is not less than zero.
