As the title says, sheep cannot eat the custom grasses from Botania.

I wonder if those grass variants simply don't taste particularly well…
But jokes aside, we might look into whether some of the grass types would be sheep-consumable for the 1.21 port. No promises, though.
I had a tweak for this in Botania Tweaks (1.12) https://github.com/quat1024/BotaniaTweaks/blob/master/src/main/java/quaternary/botaniatweaks/modules/botania/misc/EntityAIEatAltGrass.java , afaik it has never been a part of botania since altgrass was added
