Dandelifeon removes Cell.CONSUME blocks without validating whether it's a cell block
so if we create a tmp cell (data) colliding with other block and consume it, the collided block is removed instead
Steps to reproduce
- place a dandelifeon and 3 cell blocks around the block to consume
- activate and boom
