Issue description

They don't seem to use the forge caps required to allow voiding a buckets worth of fluid from other mods tanks and machines, so this will probably happen with any mods tank.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place tank from tinkers (like tconstruct:seared_fuel_tank)
  2. Fill with fluid using a vanilla bucket (ie buckets of water)
  3. Try void a buckets worth of fluid using the extrapolated bucket
  4. Fail.
