When the targetted block is replacable the rod of the lands still requires space as if it wasn't replacable.

Steps to reproduce

Have some replacable block such as tall grass in front of you, such that you are occupying the block space next to it
Attempt to use the rod of the lands to place a block of dirt in the replacable block by clicking on the face closest to you (such that if the block were not replacable it would try to place it where you are standing).
Note that it doesn't work, however if you try place a dirt block there it works, or if you step back one block it works, replacing the block.
