Issue description
Upon equipping a pendant or drinking a brew with a Botania potion effect (Marine Allure, Crossed Souls, Bloodthirst etc.), the game crashes after a few seconds or alt-tabbing. This doesn't occur with the brews/pendants infused with vanilla effects such as Regen II.
The above log has the crash occur with a pendant, while the below occurs after drinking a brew.

Somewhat related to #4690. The brew effects are not properly registered and it tries to save a standalone holder reference.
