Issue description

In 1.20.1-, having a Mana source in your inventory would show the mana bar above your hotbar, as so:

In 1.21.1, this bar is missing:

Also, the Mana Mirror when unlinked or taken from the Creative menu is a dark blue in 1.21.1 rather than 1.20.1's clear/livingrock colour, and lacks a "durability" bar.
