Issue description

Trying to /enchant an Elementium Axe with Looting fails. Same thing when attempting to apply a Looting book.

While fixing this, I'm taking the liberty to make Looting a primary enchantment on the Elementium Axe, since we also already changed its durability use to treat combat as a primary use.
