Using Botania-r1.3-153, when breaking stone with the Terra shatterer, blocks at X = 0 or Z = 0 won't be broken if the initial block broken is also X = 0 or Z = 0.

For example, while facing South or North, using Terra shatterer at coordinates 2 79 -1 or 2 79 1 will break surrounding blocks properly. With same orientation at coordinates 2 79 0, only the initial block gets broken.
Now, if I face east or west, the blocks at Z = 0 are properly broken.
Apparently, blocks perpendicular to player bearing at 0 coordinates aren't broken.

Issue was found initially while mining aligned on X = 0 while Z > 10k.
