Exactly how this is triggered has many options (right-click, Redstone signal, Mana infusion, etc.), but when triggered, it "reverses" certain "sets" (saplings, crops, fish, etc.) of recipes - for example, rather than Oak>Spruce>Birch>Jungle, it would instead perform Jungle>Birch>Spruce>Oak.
