Terra blades. mana potions etc. all kept full by project e's repair talisman.

There were few thing that allowed repairing everything in modded MC. They were always OP and the white-list is only solution for this problem. Talk with project e developers.

Whitelist isn't feasible to set up, find out from the mod authors who wants their items blacklisted and so on. Most mods add a non-repairable tag. Like the tools from Iguana tweak/tinkers construct, and of course some other things that use different damage metadata like jetpacks. Anyway, if Vazkii doesn't want it to happen its not a hard fix.
