Issue rendering Thaumcraft nodes Botania r1.6-176 and up

Hello Ma'am
I recently updated some mods I play with and had some strange issues, most I have resolved simply by remembering to update forge. I had thought the problem lay with Thaumcraft or Thermal dyanmics as I had added TD and thaum was what was effected but after posting in their respective Github repositories (https://github.com/CoFH/Feedback/issues/432 https://github.com/Azanor/thaumcraft/issues/1744) and mystifying them I began digging deeper. I set up a testing world and removed then re-added mods to see what one was causing the render. After removing Botania the issues stopped so I installed the newest update (179) to see if that solved it but it did not.

I forgot to take a screen shot of the last test with the latest forge installed; I loaded it and saw the nodes were still squares and shut down.
Sorry this is so very long winded, I wanted to give you as much information as I could.
Thank you so much for all your work Botania is fast becoming a favorite mod
